Refund & Cancellation

Changing your mind is okay — we make it easy.

1. Transaction Confirmation

All successful recharges are processed instantly upon payment confirmation. Once your recharge request is completed and a confirmation message is displayed, the transaction is treated as final.

Please verify your mobile number, operator, and amount before making the payment, as successful recharges cannot be reversed or cancelled.

2. Failed Transactions

In rare cases where a recharge fails but the amount has been deducted from your account:

  • The payment gateway will automatically initiate a refund to your original payment method (bank/UPI/card/wallet).
  • Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • If the issue persists beyond 7 working days, please contact our support team at support@rechargekaro.in with your transaction ID and registered mobile number for quick resolution.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Once a recharge is successfully processed, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
  • In case of an operator-side delay, the recharge may take some time to reflect. Rechargekro is not responsible for delays caused by telecom providers.
  • If an incorrect number or operator was entered by the user, Rechargekro shall not be liable for any loss due to incorrect information.

4. Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:

  • Your recharge failed, but payment was successfully debited.
  • You were charged twice for the same transaction.
  • The recharge was not delivered due to a technical or network error from our side.

Refunds are not applicable if:

  • The user entered incorrect details (mobile number, operator, or plan).
  • The operator successfully processed the recharge request.
  • The issue is caused by network downtime or operator-side maintenance.

5. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be credited back to the same account or payment method used for the transaction.
  • Rechargekro does not issue cash refunds under any circumstances.
  • You will receive an email or SMS confirmation once the refund is initiated.

6. GST & Billing

All payments made on Rechargekro are inclusive of GST as per the Government of India regulations.

GST invoices are automatically generated and available in your account dashboard for record-keeping and compliance.

7. Security & Compliance

We utilize RBI-approved payment gateways and SSL-encrypted connections to safeguard your financial information.

Rechargekro complies with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and all applicable financial data protection laws in India.
